The goal of the Himalayan Climate Change Adaptation Programme (HICAP) is to contribute to the enhancement of resilience of mountain communities in the Hindu Kush Himalayas. Focussing particularly on women, the programme seeks to acheive this through improved understanding of vulnerabilities, opportunities, and potentials for adaptation to climate change.
